Japanese Drama Review: 1リトルの涙/ 1 Litre of Tears

Hello Everyone! Today on this blog article I will be talking about one of my favorite but sad J-Dramas! It is called 1リトルの涙/ 1 Litre of Tears!

Tiltle: 1リトルの涙 (1 Litre of Tears)

Genre: Drama/ Romance/ Tragedy

TV Network: Fuji Television

Cast:
  • Erika Sawajiri as Aya Ikeuchi
  • Ryo Nishikido as Asou Haruto
First Aired: October 11, 2005

Last Episode: December 20, 2005

Description: This J-Drama is about a 15 year old school girl named Aya who is diagnosed with a disease called spinocerebellar degenerative (a rare disease where the cerebellum of the brain gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat.). Even though she struggled, she made sure to live life to the fullest until her death at the age of 25. This drama is a true story and the script was written by Aya and she kept writing about her life and her stuggling this disease until she can no longer hold a pen. Aya's diary has been written in book form and sold everywhere in Japan and has sold more than 1.1 million copies in Japan itself!

I would recommend this drama to anyone who enjoys watching romance and tragedy and this series is really good to me so my scale of this drama I would give it an 8/10 because its a true story and this can actually happen to anyone and this could really be a sad a tragic thing to anyone. And the plot is really interesting on how Aya stays confident and just keep continuing to live on her life without being worried all the time. ^_^

If you want to see the drama you can easily watch it on YouTube~! ^^
